Last Saturday and Sunday in Milan was held foil and epee Assoluti Regional Championship.
In Women Epee Open category triumph for Scherma Bresso: Beatrice Ayres wins the tournament, finding in the final her team-mate Martina Provolo, on the second step of the podium. Anna Gennari ends at fifth place while Arianna Scollo closes eight. Four Bresso Girls in the first eight athletes is a great satisfaction for all the coaching staff confirming the great team work. Excellent the other team-mates ranks: Gaia Di Benedetto is 17, 28 Marta Castigliola, 29 Sveva Chendi, 34 Ilaria Piazzolla and 43 Giorgia De Gaetano.
In Men competition Niccolò Strusani ends with a very good seventh place, while Lorenzo Volpi stops at the final gates ranking tenth, 38 Matteo Lombardi, 41 Matteo Scazzosi, 42 Andrea Marossi, 51 Claudio Cremonesi, 55 Giovanni Volpini and 59 Filippo Di Betto,
In Colle Val d’Elsa at National Foil GPG Team competition great performance of our young Ragazzi-Allievi foilers: team Bresso 1 with Lorenzo Badolato, Matteo Kovacs, Leonardo Lenelli and Tommaso Romeo ranks sixth, while Bresso 2 with Giacomo Campana, Riccardo Diazzi, Luca Lattuada and Akash Nitti is 37. In Maschietti-Giovanissimi category Arioli Federico, Alessandro Augeri, Flavio Perego and Alessandro Tentori ranks 20th. Congratulations to all the foil coaches for the great job done.
