Weekend on the pistes: all the podium and results

An intense weekend for the yellow-blue athletes busy on the pistes in various competitions, from the First Foil National Cadets in Bari and Regional Open Championship all weapons in Cremona, up to the First National Masters in  Conegliano Veneto.

Foil Cadets in Puglia gave their best but no great performances or podium to report: Leonardo Lenelli is the first Bresso Boy, in 94th place, then 117 Tommaso Romeo, 134 Matteo Kovacs, 145 Mirko Colombo and 200 Edoardo Vasta. Among girls a good 73 place for Carlotta Lauri. Come on guys, never give up! Many thanks to all the foil coaching staff: Eleonora Ponzoni, Bruno Biscevic, Ruggero Porcelluzzi and Filippo Gasparotti.

From Bari to Cremona, where it was held The Regional Open Championship all weapons  Olympic and Paralympic. In epee cadet, Lupo Sala jumps on the third step of the podium and Federico Picchi conquers the fifth position: an excellent result for Bresso Boys, after a little disappointment in Bastia Umbra. Giovanni Volpini doesn’t grab the 8 final and stops at 11th place, 19 Fabio Barbara, 24 Andrea Cimatti, 33 Niccolò Strusani, 40 Matteo Lombardi, 47 Matteo Scazzosi and Lorenzo Volpi, 49 Riccardo Gianoli, 58 Mattia Cremonesi, 59 Marco Vendramini and 71 Iacopo Raspantini. In women competition, Francesca Cattaneo is sixth while are stopped on the final doors Martina Provolo, 11, and Gaia Di Benedetto, 12; 16 Sveva Chendi, 29 Benedetta Fischetti and 39 Rebecca Bellezze. In men foil, Tommaso Bega is 16.

The First  National Master Championship wad held meanwhile in Conegliano: in category 1 epee Marco Cavaliere ends 27th while Claudio Cremonesi in category 2 is 20th. 

Finally in Vercelli, at 1° Aironi Lui&Lei Trophy, the Under14 couple formed by Elisa Chinnici and Edoardo Scavone jumps on the second step of the podium.
